Dolphins (Red Sea)

The photo was taken at Shaab Marsa Alam (Egypt), a reef in front of Marsa Alam's pier, in September 2004. This pier is the main starting point of the Red Sea's egyptian southern route (the so called "Deep South").
The captain of our boat was told about a family of dolphins that lived in the reef and we managed to find them. We were very, very lucky: dolphins allowed us not only a first snorkeling session (in which this shot was taken) but a second visit with scuba gear. We almost could touch them, it was an experience difficult to explain if you don't live it yourself.
