This jetty has become an amazing muck dive site. Debris that people have throw overboard and over the jetty has created a type of artificial reef which attracts an abundance of marine life.

Shoals of juvenile fish seek safety here. This attracts the big predators such as Trevally, Garfishes and Barracudas. Nudibranchs glide along the sandy bottom while Moray Eels and Shrimp seek shelter in some of the broken of pillars.

The jetty is now one of the prime night dive sites and a night dive here is an highly recommended. You might encounter Frogfish, different Moray Eels, Sepia, Reef Cuttlefish, Barracuda, thousands of Shrimps and Crabs, Pipefish, Flatworms, Nudibranchs, and Sea Slugs just to mention a few.
