The Tracy is a 40m/130ft oil rig supply boat wreck that lies alongside the nearby Mercy Jesus wreck (90m/300ft to the stern), and the Jay Scutti to which she is attached via a chain. A well planned dive can take in more than one of these wrecks.

The ship was seized by US Customs for illegal drug trafficking and sunk on March 2, 1999 at a cost of $11,334. She was renamed the Ken Vitalle in honour of a well liked scuba instructor who died of a heart attack. The wreck has a plaque with his name.

Penetration of the Tracy is made easy via holes cut in her deck.

When the visibility is good, you can see between wrecks. The inside of the wreck is dark and requires a light.
