Fleeting, but worth it
Due to the depth, this was a pretty quick dive. The scale and aesthetics of the formations here are incredible and left a heavy impression.
After descending we made our way directly into the spaces between some amazing coral heads, moving steadily through sand-floored canyons with walls covered in soft corals.
Luis pointed out the head of what must have been a two metre long nurse shark. Enormous!
Rick's dive computer showed one minute of non-deco bottom time when we were doing our last swim-through, so there was no time to stop and take photos unfortunately.
An awesome dive.
We didn't have no-deco time to go into the Devil's Throat, but we saw it as we swam over it, with bubbles from previous divers working their way out of the surface.
Not having any trouble with my ear, which is great. Am also getting a reasonable air consumption, without any signs of headaches. Am really enjoying the diving on this trip.
